Oh No!!

I had a tall glass vase in a 2-3 foot metal stand that James has been telling me forever to get rid of. It made it through Nevaeh as a baby/toddler, but not Bodin. He tried to pull himself up on it and it came tumbling down on him and shattered on his head. I had to pick many glass pieces off of his face and luckily he did not get hurt worse than he did. By the time I got him picked up, there was so much blood I was not sure how big the cuts were. Since I was home alone with him I panicked a little and rushed him to the neighbor's house. Thanks Angie for the help!
There was just one deep cut and little ones on the side and back of his head. The skin from the big cut just peeled back so we were able to put it back in the cut and get some butterfly closures on it. Hopefully that will help to keep it from scarring to bad.
He keeps pulling on the band-aids, so we have been putting on a lot of new ones. This was from 1 1/2 days later. I can't believe how lucky we were!
