Gymnastics

Last night was Nevaeh's gymnastics open house. They started off with a warm-up of jumps.Then on to some stretching.

Doing a bridge.

Walking on the low beam.
Leg kicks on the low beam.Somersaults
Side roll on the mat.
Handstand

Swinging on the bars.

Nevaeh told me the tramp is her favorite.
