Jaxtin and his birthday present from Kami

Bev turned 80 years old this July and spent it in Europe with her 2 daughters. A few weeks later the family got together to celebrate with her. Here she is with 10 of the 12 grandchildren.

Added in this picture are the spouses and great grandchildren that were there.

After the birthday we were going to gather at Bev's house. The tornado sitings sent us to crash the Veum's house while they were in the cities.

Jaxtin LOVES his blue jean diapers. He will not wear the white ones anymore! Hopefully they don't stop making them before he is completely trained!!

Not quite sure what Virgil calls this board, but it is pretty much a circle piece of plywood. Cory has been having fun with it this year and will bring a stool along that he sits on. Next time I will have to try that.

You start off with it like you would a knee board

And work your way to your feet.

Once on your feet it is similar to wake boarding, but with no boots.

I started to get the hang of it and was even doing a few 360s. (not Naomi's style :) for real!)

The last few years we have been going to the rodeo on Thursday night to support the Cancer Center. It rained all day, but we decided to try it. It ended up being a beautiful evening!
