Headwater Days and Bismarck

The kids and I went to Head Water Days in Breckenridge with Naomi and Mya.
After the parade and the inflatables in the park, we went to the zoo.
"I am 16 going on 17...." Yes, I am a Sound of Music fan!

Bodin LOVED Mya's stroller. He told me to follow him and take a picture. I was quite surprised to hear him ASK to have his picture taken!
Then he told Jaxtin he has to come with him and take his picture too.
Hopefully he is in this mood when we get Christmas pictures taken!
Mya loved our stroller, so it all worked out.

We met my sister halfway in Bismarck to spend the weekend together.

The Bismarck Zoo is soo much fun!
Sooo cute!

They have a really fun train that will take you all around the zoo. Where the elk, buffalo, camels, etc. live, they said it is almost a 2 mile walk. So nice with the kids to be able to ride through the paths. It is also a good time to have a snack.

In a few of the different cages, they have these tunnels that you walk through and when you get to the other side, you are inside a glass area in the middle of the cages.
The kids loved being able to get so close to them!

Nevaeh said she thought he was going to pounce right onto her.

Yes, Nevaeh's dancing is rubbing off on the boys!
We had a visitor on our window upstairs. Amazing how they can climb so high.
